“Given the recent incidents being highlighted in the news and media, regarding mental health concerns; it has become our endeavor to reach out to the young population of the country and help them know about Psychology and take care of their mental health. Psych-Ed has been conceptualized by us to provide a fun filled, engaging platform to students to know and understand Psychology, its concepts and applications, as well as mental health. By joining hands with Eupheus Learning which is connected to between 1500-1700 schools and making them our knowledge partners, we aim to engage an even larger number of schools this year.” commented Dr. Samir Parikh, Director, Department of Mental Health and Behavioral sciences, Fortis Healthcare.
Speaking about this association, Mr. Sarvesh Shrivastava, Co-Founder and MD, Eupheus Learning said, “We are actively seeking association with events that give students a novel opportunity of enhancing their understanding beyond textbooks. Our association with the Department of Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences, Fortis Healthcare is not only keeping in mind the above-mentioned pointer but also syncs well with what we are trying to achieve for the future. The next generation of young minds needs to be made aware as well as given support regarding mental health issues that have been rampant in the society like a plague.”
