Ostaad, Neeti Goel’s fourth venture in the F&B industry, is launching Central Asian cuisine for the first time to Mumbai. The restaurant will serve the cuisines of Balochistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan etc.
Neeti and Pranay Goel said, “Our fine dine venue will open up a lot of never-tried-before tastes and unique flavours to the guests. We are looking forward for Mumbaikars to try Central Asian cuisine for the first time. We are all set to take our guests on a gastronomical journey.”
The restaurant will serve specialty non-vegetarian dishes such as the Adana Seekh, Barraha Kebab, Kadak Seekh and different types of Raan, and vegetarian ones include the Kalem Boregi, Spanakopita, Tajik Mushrooms, Mushroom Baklawa and Umali.
The menu also comprises of specialty breads like Afghan Kameri, Taftan and Bakharkani and desserts such as Al Shariya, Gul Firdaus and Baklawa, having a separate section in the kitchen for vegetarians and Jain cooking.
