North Indian restaurant Daryaganj to open in Aerocity, New Delhi

Daryaganj restaurant, a North Indian cuisine restaurant, will soon launch in Aerocity, New Delhi. This will be followed by its subsequent launch in Delhi’s Connaught Place.

The restaurant will be serving tandoori dishes, especially butter chicken and dal makhani.

Raghav Jaggi, Founder and Promoter, Daryaganj restaurant, said, "The Daryaganj brand is conceived as to celebrate the legacy of my grandfather by blending old-world flavours and closely guarded recipes with the most talented and creative team to truly create a best in class dining experience reminiscent of a bygone era."

Delhi-born chef Gurpreet Singh Gehdu has taken up the responsibility as brand chef of Daryaganj. He will recreate the taste and flavour of the 1950s.
