hellofood acquires deliYami

hellofood, an affiliated brand of Foodpanda globally has acquired the deliYami, the food delivery business in Ecuadoria situated in North-western South America.

hellofood will launch its service in the Ecuadorian market focusing on its global expansion, after rolling out to over 45 countries in the last two years.

Speaking on the expansion, Alejandro Ponce, Co-founder and MD, hellofood Latin America, said, “We are excited to announce that by acquiring deliYami and its talented team, we will become the market leading food delivery marketplace in Ecuador, strengthening our leading presence in Latin America.”
