Dineout eyes expansion to 9 more cities by 2019-end

Dineout, a restaurant table reservation service company, is planning to expand to nine more cities by the end of 2019. Currently, it provides table reservation across 11 Indian cities.

Founded by Ankit Mehrotra, Vivek Kapoor, Nikhil Bakshi and Sahil Jain in 2012, Dineout was acquired by TimesCity, part of Times Internet Limited (TIL) in 2014.

Presently, the company offers multiple B2B and B2C products.

We recently hosted our 3rd and largest yet edition of The Great Indian Restaurant Festival that brought over 6,000 restaurants on a single platform to offer a flat 50 percent discount to our users throughout February and served more than 2.5 million diners. We are investing heavily in Dineout Pay, our Restaurant Bill Payment Feature this year. Currently, Dineout Pay is live at more than 10,000 restaurants across 11 Indian cities. We are live in 11 Indian cities and plan to launch 9 more this year.”
