Andaz Delhi introduces its latest restaurant, Soul Pantry

Andaz Delhi has opened its latest restaurant, Soul Pantry. This newly launched restaurant is a unique destination for flatbreads, healthy bowls, fruit & yoghurt-based beverages.

Soul Pantry offers a sumptuous vegetarian and non-vegetarian. In addition to this, the restaurant also serves a selection of Dessert Flatbreads. Available in three sizes, the flatbreads provide its dough from healthy grains from across India, including Amaranth (Uttarakhand), Finger Millet or Ragi (Tamil Nadu), Buckwheat (Arunachal Pradesh), Barley (Ladakh), and gluten-free Rice.  

Chef Kapil Chauhan, Sous Chef at Soul Pantry, said, “Soul Pantry is a celebration of the abundance of nature. Our uniqueness lies in the nutrition-dense doughs and the indigenous ingredients we use for our toppings. This is perfectly complemented by the beverage offerings which have enabled us to create a destination that truly fuels our guests’ soul.”
