Zorawar Kalra, who owns and manages Massive Restaurants Pvt Ltd, is planning to open 40 restaurants by 2018 under his different brands.
Massive Restaurants runs three restaurants namely - Masala Library, a fine dine brand; Made in Punjab, a casual-dining chain and Farzi Cafe, an Indian bistro serving molecular gastronomy from world.
The group is planning to open 20 Made in Punjab outlets, 15 Farzi Cafe outlets and 5 Masala Library outlets by end of 2018.
Meanwhile, the group is also expecting Rs 250-300 crore of top line by 2018, with an approx store EBITDA level of 22 per cent aggregated across stores.
