The lower-priced dim sum restaurant is expected soon in the city.
Yauatcha, the London-based dim sum restaurant – the younger Michelin one-star sibling of the better-known Hakkasan – is soon opening at The Grand Vasant Kunj. Its promoter Mr. Kishore Bajaj – famous as the guardian of the bespoke men's tailoring brand Bada Saab and as the Indian franchisee of the Italian clothing label Brioni – is opening his Delhi account with the lower-priced dim sum restaurant.
A creation of serial restaurant developer Alan Yau – the brain behind Wagamama and Hakkasan – Yauatcha opened in Mumbai some months back. Unlike Hakkasan, Yauatcha has a more accessible and affordable menu.
