The St Regis Doha has launched an Indian fine dining restaurant Riyasat. For this launch, The St Regis Doha has collaborated with chef Surjan Singh Jolly to select the menu with six masterful techniques.

The venue is set to commemorate the Qatar-India year of culture, bringing the most savory dishes, from char-grilled, tandoor, pot-roasted, griddle-fried to braised and steamed. The huge selection of dishes offered includes Lobster Angara, Jheenga Balai, Tali Machchi, Mardana Murgh and Biryani, which can be paired with cocktails.

Raghu Menon, General Manager of The St. Regis Doha, said, "We are so excited to introduce Riyasat to the local market.
