The Peninsula Grand Hotel, Mumbai, is organising the dragon festival to give you a feel of Hunan Dragon Festival, the traditional festival of China celebrated on the fifth day of fifth lunar month.
Peninsula Grand has on its menu a variety of Chinese dumplings – Zòngzi (triangular dumplings made of glutinous rice wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves), White Lotus barley chicken soup, Dong An Zi Ji Dong An Chicken, to name a few.
Other dishes that will give you a Chinese taste are Spicy Hunan Tofu, Hunan-Style Braised Fish, Eggplant Hunan Style, General Tso’s chicken and Lobster in chilly bean sauce and many more.
