It comprises of Quinoa, Palm Heart, Orange & Rucola Salad, Green Pea & Buttermilk Soup, Burnt Eggplant Soup, Roast mushroom and thyme soup, Tofu & Black Sesame Galette, Black-eyed beans and kale, Cold Carrot & Ginger Soup, Japanese Curry & Plantain Galette, Mushy Peas & Rice Flake Galette, Polenta – gremolata, Roasted Nuts with Rosemary & Paprika and Balsamic & Cinnamon Poached Figs.
