The Spices Board of India in collaboration with International Pepper Community is organising ‘Pepp it Up-2014,’ a national level culinary competition for growing chefs on International Pepper day falling on 6th August.
The competition will be held at The Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Kovalam, Trivandrum on 6th August 2014. The participation is open for students pursuing a minimum three-year course in catering/hotel management/cookery in colleges across the country. The winners will be awarded a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh, trophies and certificates. Interested candidates and colleges shall register on or before 25th July 2014.
