Talking to restaurantindia.in, Yogesh Rai, Project Engineer, SUNMAN ENGINNERING INC, said, “We are a Germany based company. We supply oil filter machine, a complete filtering solution provider for restaurants of the hotels like Marriott, Oberoi and to food brands like Mc Donalds, Subway etc to name a few.”
Another participant MEATZZA, Darshan Foods Pvt LTd, which makes ready to eat foods like, chicken sausages, chicken salami, chicken hot dog and various other non-veg products, said, “Our products are widely supplied to hotels and restaurants.”
Vanya Industrial Equipment-manufacturer of commercial kitchen and equipments from Faridabad, Haryana launched the 'Island Kitchen' concept for commercial buyers. The cost of the equipment is around Rs 9 lakhs. The design and technology embedded helps to prepare multi-cuisine at one point of time.
