Chef Gulati presents authentic Japanese, Thai and Chinese.
Sian, the Pan Asian restaurant and the Gateway Hotel at Ernakulam, launched its new menu from June 28, 2013. It offers a variety of authentic Japanese, Thai and Chinese dishes giving its guests more reasons to return again.
Mr. Suju Krishnan, General Manager, the Gateway Hotel Ernakulam Marine Drive, said, “The launch of Sian’s new menu is a happy occasion for us and we are committed to providing a special experience to all our patrons. The new menu is crafted under the guidance of Chef Varun Gulati who has worked with several master chefs from China, Thailand and Japan, bringing together all the flavours of the Orient under than one roof. Guests can relish a variety of dishes ranging from the chicken and water chestnut Sui mai, peking roast chicken salad, lotus stem honey chilli, to name a few. Savour a mouthwatering selection of traditional Asian desserts like chocolate mousse with coconut jelly, Shanghai date pancake with vanilla ice cream, pan Asian style fried ice cream and lemon grass shots with cranberry glaze.
