Pebbles based restaurant awarded at the Scottish Curry Awards last week.
The restaurant serving authentic Indian food was awarded the server of the ‘Finest Curry Cuisine’ in the South East of Scotland at an award function in Edinburgh.
"The staff team and my family enjoyed the award ceremony. Although it was a long night of presentations it was worth waiting for when we were announced as the winners. The secret to our success is a very special curry. Our chefs cook our curry dishes with only the highest quality halal and vegetarian ingredients, creating true Indian meals to delight every time”, Mr. Abdul Rahim, Manager of the Prince of India.
Mr Rahim revealed that the judges paid a secret visit to their restaurant located at High Street revealing their identity at the end of the meal. The Scottish Curry Awards were established in 2008 to recognise and reward the curry industry and all its facets.
