Saravanaa Bhavan opens its first restaurant in Australia

Saravanaa Bhavan, the famous South Indian restaurant has opened its door in Australia, according to a report published by Daily Telegraph.

The restaurant chain is located at Parramatta, Australia. According to the local media there, the restaurant is receiving a nice response from the local crowd.

Saravanaa Bhavan has opened its first outlet in Chennai almost 40 years back and is known for serving authentic south Indian cuisine.

With this opening, the restaurant chain has now about 85 outlets worldwide at locations such as France, India, Singapore and the UK.

“The decision was made to open a Parramatta restaurant because of the steadily increasing Indian population across the region. It took us a while to come here because we were opening restaurants everywhere," Shekar Mani, Director, Saravanaa Bhavan said.
