The Claridges, New Delhi, has appointed Sahil Sabhlok as the new Executive Chef.
Chef Sahil has over a decade of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry with an aim to make The Claridges, New Delhi an epicurean hub with his experience across diverse cuisines.
He will be instrumental in planning, implementing and overseeing the diverse and unique menus across all our restaurants by leading the team of talented young chefs.
