Ranbanka becomes Heritage Hotel

Ministry of Tourism honoured Ranbanka Palace the first hotel in Jodhpur to be classified as a Classic Heritage Hotel.

Sayyad MA, Deputy GM, Ranbanka Palace, said, “We are extremely delighted to hear the news, and our aim has always been to give the best to our clientele. We will continue to offer novel heritage experiences, and will strive to delight the travellers and make their stay with us a memorable one.”

The heritage hotel, built for Maharajadhiraj of Jodhpur,  Sir Ajit Singh ji, today houses a range of accommodations from club and deluxe rooms which face the pool and courtyard to suites in the royal ‘Heritage Wing’ and ‘Jodhana Wing’. This Palace was converted into a hotel in the year 2000.

Ranbanka Palace offers variety cuisines with Rajasthani flavours for guests. Pancharanga Restaurant overlooks the Central Courtyard and serves Indian, Oriental and Continental cuisines. Rajasthani Baithak, a lounge with traditional Bajoths and Gaddi Massons serves thali prepared by second generation chefs of the Royal family. The hotel features a spa and several entertainment activities for the visitor such as Kaalbelia dances, puppet shows and traditional music recitals. The hotel also has a unique in-room shopping facility available for guests.
