Radisson Blu Plaza Ropes In Dheeraj Mathur as Corporate Master Chef Indian

Chef Mathur did a three years diploma in Hotel Management from Govt. Institute of Hotel Management Almora, Uttaranchal and also completed his graduation from Delhi University.

Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport has appointed Chef Dheeraj Mathur as a Corporate Master Chef Indian.

In his new role, Dheeraj will be handling the most awarded Indian specialty restaurant The Great Kabab Factory (TGKF) at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, as well as assist in product development and pre-opening activities for UHPL, the hospitality company that franchises, markets and operates the TGKF brand.

Having worked with reputed hotels for over 17 years, Chef Dheeraj comes with an enriching experience of delivering great taste, exclusive offerings, strategic F & B planning and operational excellence.

Chef Mathur did a three years diploma in Hotel Management from Govt. Institute of Hotel Management Almora, Uttaranchal and also completed his graduation from Delhi University.

Dheeraj brings on the table a vast experience at Lebua Lucknow, Radisson Blu Hotel New DelhiPaschimVihar, Vivanta by Taj Hari Mahal, Radisson Hotel Varanasi, Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, Trident Cochin, Le MéridienNew Delhi and The Great Kabab Factory outlets in Dubai and Mumbai.
