Palladium Hotel gets Bar & Restaurant

Mekong, the Oriental restaurant and Li Bai, the Asian Bar have opened at the penthouse on the 37th floor of Palladium Hotel, Lower Parel in Mumbai. Li Bai offers inspired beverages, whiskies, premium cigars, wines and beers, and a multi-level cellar and bar with some of the rarest and finest collections of spirits from around the world.

The cocktail menu at Li Bai is obtained from a variety of sources from head bartender Raj Khan Pathan’s experiences and world travels whereas Mekong offers foods from Vietnam, Thailand and China prepared by a team of native chefs.
