Oliver Bistro, Hyderabad has launched a new and healthy menu by Chef Sujan Sarkar, Chef de Cuisine and Vikram Chanana, Executive Sous Chef.
Some of the dishes included in the new menu are stone oven-baked flat breads and calzones with daily inspired toppings, smoked chicken and quinoa salad, green apple, feta and pine nut salad and lamb meatballs cooked in a spicy tomato sauce and finished with an emmental cheese melt on top amongst other.
Commenting on the same, A D Singh, MD, Olive Bar and Kitchen Pvt Ltd, said, “This menu showcases the best of what the season has to offer. A lot of interesting ingredients come together to surprise your palette. This is our third menu since we opened the restaurant.”
