Mondelez reshuffles top management

Mondelez India Foods (Mondelez India), earlier known as Cadbury India has reshuffled its top management team with appointment of Manu Anand, President, India, and MD moving to a regional role as head of regional category team for chocolate, as part of a new global operating model adopted by parent Mondelez International.

Chandramouli Venkatesan (Mouli), who was earlier team head for Chocolates, Regional Category will take the role of MD of Mondelez India. The company will make these changes effective from January, 2015.

On 31st July, the company announced that it will adopt a new global operating model across all regions of its business, including Asia-Pacific. According to the company’s release, "The new model has led to several new appointments and has redefined the responsibilities and portfolios of several leaders across the company. In Asia-Pacific, new category and business leadership has been announced realigning roles across all business units and markets.”
