With the onset of winter, KhandaniRajdhani introduces ‘Hemant-e-Rutu' the winter food festival at all its outlets.
The festival highlights include the ever popular Undhiyu, BajriRotla, Haldikisubzi, Sarsokasaag, Gajarhalwa and much more.
Rajdhani’s signature ‘Undhiyu’ is a combination of sweet, sour and spicy tastes subtly blended with farm fresh vegetables like green garlic, tuver, lilva, surtipapadi and sweet potato.

Guests have relished our winter delicacies over all these years and it’s indeed a pleasure to introduce the festival again. We will be serving traditional Marwari and Gujarati dishes with ingredients that are available in their finest best this season.
