The Imperial, New Delhi, has launched a ‘Food safety and Hygiene Standards Department’ to establish a structured, stringent and analytical hygiene programme across all levels of operations.
The programme aims to provide training and direction in food safety and hygiene standards maintenance at the hotel in compliance with FSSAI standards.
Commenting on the same, Vijay Wanchoo, Senior Executive VP & GM, The Imperial, New Delhi, said, “The department has a full-fledged micro biological laboratory. The Imperial Lab is equipped with the state-of-the-art technology to maintain food hygiene standards and conduct analysis under a focused approach.”
