Hotel Sahara Star opens 'East', a pan-Asian restaurant

Hotel Sahara Star has launched a pan-Asian restaurant, East.

East is a fine dining restaurant serving the most authentic East-Asian cuisine and will bring the flavours of China, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand to its menu.

The restaurant has an elaborate menu including, selection of dim sum, tempuras, sushi and sashimi. The restaurant is also serving ranges of beverages and drinks picked from different East Asian countries which includes, popular shakes, plum Wines, oriental beers, Sochu, Chinese wines and Japanese single malts.

Apart from this the restaurant has a wide variety of starters and about 80 percent of the menu consists of the starters.  Spread across an area of 3,000 sq ft, East can accommodate 80 guests at a time.

The restaurant offers both lunch and dinner with an option of Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Indonesian and Thai cuisine.
