The Resort, Mumbai’s only beach getaway brings for you delectable vegetarian fare at its Gujarati Food Festival. The 17-day festival will be held at their 24 hours coffee shop, Baywatch during dinnertime from 18th October to 3rd November.
Chef Harun Sonone, said “An evening of good food, traditions and a coming together of people from different cultures sets the mood right at the Gujarati Food Festival.”
He added that “The festival will give the foodies an opportunity to taste classic Gujarati delicacies such as Undhiyo, Surti Dal and Paneer Gutta with their unique blend of sweet and spicy flavors and get the right feel of this rich cuisine. The spices, herbs and tempering used are native to Gujarat to ensure that we are as true-to-taste as possible.”
The exclusive menu of the festival with varieties of welcome drinks, farsan and ready-to-eat snacks, soup, salads, veg dishes, dals, rice, kadhi, papads, rotis and a spread of desserts will be a treat for vegetarian food lovers.
