Gourmet Indulgence by Four Seasons

The four Seasons gourmet indulgence to cover seven cities and 90 restaurants.

Four Seasons Wines started the Four Seasons ‘Gourmet Indulgence’, a pan-India food and wine festival. The Four Seasons gourmet journey will cover seven cities and 90 signature restaurants in a span of 45 days. The event started on September 20 in Mumbai and will go on till October 5. 
 
Mr. Abhay Kewadkar, Chief Wine Maker and Director, Four Seasons Wines said, “Four Seasons wines have always been synonymous with the concept of food and wine pairing, associating with international events such as the Le Concours de l'Inde des Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs 2013 by Chaine des Rotisseurs, Asian Junior Chefs Challenge by MasterChefs of Great Britain, bespoke events by Michelin Star Chef from France.”

Mr. Kewadkar added, “Our consumers expect innovation in complementing and contrasting flavours of food with our award winning range of wines. Four Seasons Gourmet Indulgence will provide an opportunity to the wine and food aficionados to experiment with cuisines of the world paired with our wines such as Pollo della mangiamo with Four Seasons Sauvignon Blanc, Sesame Garlic Chicken with Four Seasons Barrique Reserve Shiraz, and Grilled chicken & jalapeno risotto with Four Seasons Cabernet Sauvignon, Salmon Tikka with Four Seasons Chenin Blanc.  And these are just some of the examples of what Four Seasons Gourmet Indulgence has to offer.”

The event is organised in association with Poshvine, an online platform that curates properties for brands in the F&B space. This festival will showcase the versatility of Four Seasons Wines and provide information on pairing the wine with dishes of different styles of cuisines. Four Seasons Wine experts will interact with consumers, engaging them and also answering their queries on food and wine pairing.
