Saffron, an authentic Indian dining restaurant at Prince Mohamed Bins Fahd Street and adjacent to Sheraton Dammam, UAE is all set to host a festival of kebabs and biryani under the guidance of new Executive Chef Chandra Prakash.
The festival will start from 28th November and will delight residents for the next 10 days with a variety of kebabs and biryanis from different regions of India. The restaurant will offer a specially designed promotional menu during the festival, which will take the guests to a journey through the diverse Indian cuisine.
The feast starts with Sunehri Jhinga, Reshmi Kebab, Turkesh-e-Mahi, Murgh Malai and Gilafi Seekh Kebab.
