Shakahari, JW Marriott Hotel Pune known for its authentic vegetarian Indian cuisine now expands its borders to Pan-Asian menu especially crafted by Thai Expat Chef Pensiri Pattanachaen and Executive Chef Ajmal Salim.
The menu along with the Indian delicacies will now include cuisines like Thai, Malaysian, Cantonese and Japanese. Besides the signature set menus, the guests can also opt for a meal including six appetizers of the day from the EVO grill and hot kitchen. The exclusive dessert room will feature Chef Ajmal's signature scrumptious selection of Asian and Indian desserts..
The new menu will serve especially selected signature delicacies like Kratong Thong, Meang Ta Khir, Pad Kra Paow, Nam Prik Noom et al by Chef Pensiri, as well as Japanese Roll, Kari Sayur Campur, Nasin Padang, and more, by our very own Executive Chef Ajmal Salim. Other delicacies include the all time favorites like Thai curry, Pad Thai, Broccoli with Spicy Black Bean sauce, Cantonese Fried Rice, Hakka Noodles, Mee Goreng, Japanese Kansai Curry and many more delectable savories to satiate your culinary cravings.
The buffet is priced at Rs 900 inclusive of taxes for Adults and Rs.400 inclusive of taxes for kids from 5yrs to 12ys from 7 pm to 11 pm.
