The fest conceptualised by sous chef, Pawan Kumar Lal will end on 31st August.
New Delhi: Baywatch coffee shop located at The Resort, Mumbai is celebrating the Dosa fest which is conceptualised by its sous chef Pawan Kumar Lal.
The fest will conclude on August 31, 2014. And the fest is organised between 3pm to 7:30pm from Friday to Sunday. Baywatch is offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies.
The customers can choose one batter (out of the three options available, i.e. normal dosa batter, teen dal batter and rawa batter) along with the toppings.
The normal dosa batter would either be plain or topped with vegetarian toppings priced at Rs 250 plus taxeswhile the other two would have non-vegetarian toppings priced at Rs 325 plus taxes.
The vegetarian toppings include maize, cheese and chilli, cottage cheese and vegetables, spring vegetables, onion masala, uttappam, Mysore masala, tomato, spinach and vegetables.
And the non-vegetarian toppings include chicken tikka, chicken kheema and peas, mutton kheema, eggs, seekh kabab, prawns, Szechwan chicken and chicken spring.
They would be accompanied by sambhar, red chutney and coconut chutney.
