Sheraton Visakhapatnam organised the fest.
Four Points, the restaurant located at Sheraton Visakhapatnam is organising the Chilli food festival ending April 26th.
The dishes are prepared by Executive Chef, Akhilesh Pathak in six varieties of chillies from Assam’s famous ‘Naga Jolokia’ to ‘Reshampatti Chilli’ from North India.
Commenting on the same, Chef Pathak, said, “The best chillies of India blend into the food and add a typical flavour to the dish. You can feel the mild flavour in the throat.”
The menu at the festival includes dishes like, chilli coconut drink, mirchi bajji and chilli potatoes, peeli mirchiki tangdi, lobster chilli soup, lamb chops and guntur yerra fry amongst other.“
The buffet is priced at Rs 750 plus taxes for a person.
