The Western India Culinary Association to organise 3rd culinary conference.
The Western India Culinary Association (WICA) will organise its third annual culinary conference, Chef’s Connect on September 28, 2013 at Holiday Inn, Mumbai. The theme of the conference this year is ‘Green’.
Chef’s Connect will have knowledge sharing sessions, product demonstrations and WICA Annual Awards. Followed by presentations, panel discussions and demos where industry professionals will share knowledge, experience, and talk about the latest industry trends and developments.
Corporate chefs, executive chefs, senior chefs, professors and deans from reputed educational institutions, faculty members and junior chefs will be the one attending.
Sunita Narain, Director, Centre for Science and Environment, will be one of the main speakers at the event. Other speakers include Chef Imtiaz Qureshi; M S Gill, President, Indian Federation of Culinary Association (IFCA) and Corporate Chef, ITC Hotels; Anjan Chatterjee, Managing Director, Speciality Restaurants and Dr Satish Pai, a naturopath.
