New Delhi: Chai Thela, which entered the customised tea market this year by opening its first outlet in Noida is planning to enter Gurgaon and Delhi in the next four months.
The company is also planning to raise fund early next year.
Chai Thela is the initiative of an IITian and a corporate professional, who left their jobs to serve traditional chai in a thela format.
The company is serving around 40 varieties of tea at their counter ranging from adrak chai, masala chai, dhaniya chai, green apple chai, mango chai, kashmiri kahwa etc.
Chai Thela is targeting corporate, college campuses and hospitals as their main customers. The price range of tea is from Rs 10 (Aam Aadmi chai) to Rs 25 (Mango Chai).
“There is a great potential in tier -2 cities. After Delhi NCR, we are focusing on tier 2 cities only for expansion,” shares Pankaj Judge, Co-Founder, Chai Thela.
