Radisson Blu Resort & Spa appointed Brijesh singh as Executive Chef.
Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug has appointed Brijesh Singh as Executive Chef. Singh will incorporate his signature dishes and put a whole new menu in place at the all-day dining restaurant, Aparanta, and the specialty restaurant, Kokum & Spice.
His focus will be on classic dishes, new creations and wholesome meals ensuring highest standards in terms of quality, presentation, administrative tasks and services. His responsibility also includes overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
He carries with him 12 years of experience with premium hospitality brands such as Park Hyatt, Goa; InterContinental Grand, Mumbai; Club Mahindra Holiday Resorts, Coorg; Hotel Ista, Bengaluru; Laurier Lounge, Canada; Lamana, Australia; and Royal Orchid Central, Pune.
