BrewMaster to Open more Franchisee Outlets

The BrewMaster, a Ludhiana-based F&B and Micro-brewery brand will be expanding their business to more Tier I and II cities in the country soon.  Two-year old company, which is specialised solution providers for setting up restaurants and micro-breweries, will be soon opening first two franchisee outlets in cities like Mohali and Bangalore.

Harpreet Singh Chadha, Managing Director, The BrewMaster, said “these outlets will be ready by the first quarter of 2014.  The other cities where, the company is planning to open outlets immediately after that are Pune, and Amritsar.

Currently, the company operates three self-owned restaurants and micro-breweries in Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Delhi. The Delhi outlet is a standalone restaurant as excise laws in Delhi do not permit micro breweries.

Chaddha also added that “micro brewery market in India is growing at a rapid pace of 150 per cent every year and holds enormous future growth potential as well.  “The market has just opened up and therefore growth opportunities are quite promising.”

The flagship venture of the group in Ludhiana is spread over 10,000 sq ft in a prime retail mall in the city – West End Mall – with a micro brewery spread across 2,000 sq ft. The outlet has a 96-cover fine dining restaurant – The Mix – with a Teppanyaki grill; a lounge and night club – Chaos.
