New restaurant to serve lunch, dinner, curries, grilled kebabs and snacks.

Bollywood Grill, a restaurant that will have both a dining room and a fast casual element for snacks restaurant, will soon be there on the east side at 1028 N. Jackson St. Bollywood Grill will be serving lunch and dinner daily. In addition to serving curries and other dishes, Bollywood Grill will serve grilled kebabs.

Mr. Manjit Singh, Owner, said, “Mayura, 1958 N. Farwell Ave., would close when the new restaurant, opens. The Jackson St. space is being totally refurbished, so everything from the kitchen to bathrooms will be installed new. It will have multiple concepts under one roof. Besides a dining room for casual lunches and dinners, it will also have a ‘chaat house’ in a corner, where diners can order various ‘chaat’ or snacks at a counter.”

 The new restaurant will have a space, at 7,000 square feet, including a banquet hall.
