Barbeque Nation, Thane hosts the Kitchen Carnival Express, an eleven-day festival featuring an array of dishes from 32 Indian cities will conclude on 27th October.
Mr. Zabir Munawar, Regional Manager, Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd, said “The festival is all about how we get various recipes from across the country together under one roof, thus reflecting the rich diversity of Indian culture and each region's own culinary tradition.”
“The taste and flavour of the food is sure to bring back cheerful memories for guests who have travelled to these cities. The pan-Indian festival will present flavoured barbequed savouries from different cities,” he added.
The dishes at the ongoing festival include Avadh's Nadroo Ke Shami Kabab; Shekhawati Bater; Spicy Malabar Fish Curry and Amritsari Deccani Saag. The menu also has a number of cocktails including Rampur Ki Shaan; Konkan Express; Patna Phataka and Frozen Kashmir.
