The group will be introducing cuisines from different countries at the brand by bringing in the specialty food of that region.
Avani Biyani, the Concept head at Foodhall is planning to launch a new brand at Foodhall by May.
The new brand will focus on the regional cuisines from different corners of the different countries.
Talking to Restaurant India, Biyani said, “We are going to launch a new brand in May wherein we will go to every country and bring the speciality food of that country to our brand.”
The group also said that they will also be doing many more exciting things on food front this year.
Foodhall, which has six outlet at present one each in Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru and three in Delhi-NCR has turned into a speciality food location at these areas.
On asking about the expansion plan, Biyani added, “We do not have numbers and plans to open another Foodhall outlet as we are focusing on the growth of our present outlets. However we like to open our brand in the area or location where we get consumer who is global.”
Foodhall at DLF place, Saket has also hosted an evening with celebrity chefs for the launch of Party Chef Menu.
The Party Chef Menu makes Foodhall the first retail superstore in India to launch personalized gourmet food catering services.
The evening saw a live cook up session by celebrity chefs Vicky Ratnani, Pooja Dhingra and Aditya Bal.
The #PartyInStyle evening was not just about discovering the art of cooking but food lovers also got a chance to get a sneak peak in to the journey of these master chef’s lives in the kitchen through a photo exhibit.
