Avan Projects enters pizza segment
Avan Projects made a foray in the pizza segment by acquiring a majority stake in Papa John’s India franchisee - Om Pizza and Eats India, and will take over management of 20 restaurants.
The current owners of Om Pizza - TVS Capital and the Jawad Group of Bahrain, will continue to hold a minority stake, highlighted a media statement.
