The company also has few developing properties under its Ritz Carlton brand.
The hotel chain has aims of opening around 30 more hotels in India in the coming three years. Out of these, eight properties are expected to be operationalised within 2010. However, the company also aspires to build a portfolio of 100 hotels in India by 2015. As per the officials, the company finds great potential for its mid-market brand ‘Fairfield Inn’ and expects that its introduction aids the expansion plans of the Marriott brand.
