The brand aims to expand its magnitude by growing its current assortment of 60,000 products by 100 per cent in the next quarter to ensure customer loyalty and retention.

Our stores are an integral part of the customer experience. We target Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, New Delhi and Noida for expansion.”

Creating physical stores was a part of our brand strategy from the start. Hence, our first store was up and running within six months of launching our online business. Our stores are 5,000-10,000 sq ft concept stores, much smaller than typical furniture stores of 30,000-50,000 sq ft. We display a limited inventory at the store, but it's good enough for consumers to get confidence on our quality and brand value to buy anything from us.”
