With the International Yoga Day around the corner, the ZEE Group’s Education company, Zee Learn Ltd, along with the Group’s Media & Entertainment companies are gearing up to actively participate and making it a huge success.
With the International Yoga Day around the corner, the ZEE Group’s Education company, Zee Learn Ltd, along with the Group’s Media & Entertainment companies are gearing up to actively participate and making it a huge success. The companies which are lending support to this initiative are Zee Learn Limited, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, Zee Media Corporation Limited, Z Living and Zee Digital Convergence.
Zee Learn will be commemorating this occasion by conducting nationwide training sessions and workshops for parents and students of Kidzee, Mount Litera Zee Schools, Zee Institute of Creative Arts (ZICA) and Zee Institute of Media Arts (ZIMA). Beginning June 21st, Sunday, Yoga sessions will be conducted across its entire network of educational institutions.

As part of the festivities, Mount Litera Zee School, will be organising talk sessions on Yoga exercises along with demonstration for the students and parents across 62 of its schools in India. Kidzee, Asia’s largest chain of preschools, will conduct a week-long programme through specially-designed lesson plans to introduce toddlers to Yoga. This lesson plan based programme has been rolled out for over 1350 Kidzee centers in India. With this initiative, the brand is looking to reach out to over 100,000 preschool students.
In addition to this, students at ZICA, ZIMA as well as Himgiri Zee University will observe weeklong training sessions on the various asanas of Yoga and its importance. On this special occasion, ZIMA students are also creating 12 film capsules describing 12 Asanas and their importance in transforming human beings from within and shall be showcasing this on digital and other media to create awareness about Yoga.
