The first Sura Vie restaurant in the city was launched in Connaught Place in 2011. SK Restaurants Pvt Ltd headed by Rajeev Matta, manages all Chef Sanjeev Kapoor’s restaurant brands in India and abroad. The brand already has38 outlets and would be adding few more in the coming months.
At the launch of this franchise outlet, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor said: “I am delighted to be in West Delhi to launch the Sura Vie by Tyc concept. We always do a lot of research on the menu and deliver exactly what our patrons want. Sura Vie is a perfect destination for the people who love fusion food. It has a variety of about four cuisines from across the globe.
Sura Vie menu is a fine compilation of super recipes from cuisines across the world and some carefully crafted fusion dishes. Keeping in mind the theme of the food, the cocktail list showcases some of the best classical and contemporary favorites of all time along with a wide selection of the best international and premium spirits, beers and wines. The brand also offers a delectable Sunday brunch.
