The motive behind Indian eRetail awards was to recognise the best industry experts who are a part of the affluent e retail industry. The awards created the platform for the Indian players to showcase their expertise and gain prominence in the international markets by acknowledging outstanding creativity, customer service that is on offer throughout India.
