As per Manohar, the Malasiyan brand is 3 years old and is entering India this year for a premium franchise for which they are seeking an investment of 85 lakhs to 1 crore. The total are of the studios will be between 300 to 1000 spft, depending on the number of machines. The brand is looking for city franchise for metro cities and state franchise for states that do not have a metro city. Manohar is targeting 50 studios in the next 2 years and has introduced a machine based concept with no weight lifting. The support that they give to the franchise is for interiors, machines, trainer training and marketing. Impulse Studio has finalised its master franchise in Karnataka this year.
