foodpanda.in, India’s one of the largest online food-ordering platform, has attributed a 100 per cent scholarship campaign to facilitate educational courses and promising careers, as part of its CSR activity.

It was targeted at benefitting 100 students across India. The scholarship was provided with the sole objective of helping students to pursue courses on twenty19.com, the online platform that enables students to gain meaningful knowledge and skills through experience.

foodpanda has received numerous applications from over 200 plus cities and more than 1000 plus colleges.

“We believe it’s important for each and every one to contribute towards a brighter future for our country and its children and this is just another small step in that direction after our Food for Soul initiative that we started last year.  Keeping in mind, our honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' campaign, we kept 40 per cent reservation for women students for the scholarship,” said Rohit Chadda, Co-Founder and Managing Director, foodpanda.

Students took profound interest in the scholarship programme by expressing their excitement towards it through tweets and comments.

The well-executed CSR activity is an effort by foodpanda to support students in their educational journey and help them blossom to their full potential.
