PepsiCo to sell products at FIFA

PepsiCo India is planning to sell its range of snacks and beverages at the FIFA World Cup which is sponsored by its rival Coca-Cola.

The company is planning to partner with Fly By Knight, a Mumbai based all-night delivery service which sells food, cigarettes and condoms to sell packs of beverages and snacks, dubbed the 'Perfect Consumption Match'.

On condition of anonymity, PepsiCo spokesperson said, "Through our extended consumer research and social listening, late night snacking and TV watching is emerging as a great space that our brands can fit appropriate to drive brand connect and consumption opportunity.”
