Pan India Food Solutions to raise capital

The company runs by Everstone Capital to divest stake.

Pan India Food Solutions to raise capital

Pan India Food Solutions Pvt Ltd, also known as Blue Foods that runs restaurant like Noodle Bar, Bombay Blue and Copper Chimney is in talks with private equity firm Everstone Capital to sell stake.

Everstone Capital owns nearly 80 percent stake in Pan India Foods Solutions and has an investment of about Rs 200 crore. As per the media reports, Everstone will remain invested in the company, however the new investor can take anywhere from a minority to a controlling stake.
