Ripu Daman Handa, winner of MasterChef season three is planning to open restaurant in Punjab. Handa is a big fan of Punjabi foods especially Amritsari kulchas of Kesar da dhabha, sumptuous jalebis, gulab jamuns and other delicacies.
During his visit to Amritsar on Monday, he said, "Amritsar food was and would always be my inspiration. I have always been coming back to taste these endless delicacies available here. There is a specific and a particular taste in every dish which pulls me back.”
Handa will be soon hosting a cookery show 'Snack Attack, Firangi Twist’ where he will be seen preparing Indian dishes with an international twist. The show will be aired on Zee Khana Khazana from Thursday, 17th July 2014. Handa is planning to open restaurant in Jalandhar where he will be serving butter chicken, Thai, Chinese and other cuisines under one roof.
