Johny Rockets plans expansion

Johnny Rockets, US based hamburger chain plans to open 20 outlets in India within next five years.

The brand entered India earlier this year by opening two stores in Delhi-NCR, one each at Select Citywalk Mall in New Delhi and at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon, Haryana. They plan to open outlets in Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Pune, Hyderabad and Kolkata in the coming years.

Commenting on the same, Scott Chorna, VP- International, Johny Rockets, said, "We are very excited about India. India is obviously a large country that has been growing very strongly and the acceptance for global brands in food has been very good. India can play a big role in our future growth globally."
